Home Buyer’s Pre - Closing Inspections
A buyers pre - closing inspection booked prior to purchasing a home covers hundreds of components / systems in the home and includes a written report that clearly outlines defects, safety concerns, and the current condition of the home. The report gives buyers the information they need to make the best decision and prepare for future maintenance.

Home Seller’s Pre - Listing Inspections
A pre - listing inspection completed prior to listing a home provides current owners an idea of maintenance items to address. A pre - listing inspection also helps inspire confidence in prospective buyers regarding the condition of the home and reduce time spent in contract negotiation because an unbiased, independent inspector has reviewed all major systems.

New Home Construction Inspections
This protects the home buyer by identifying any deficiencies which can be corrected prior to taking possession of the new home. A buyer can still benefit from a home inspection on a new home. The inspection on a new home is a little different then on an older home. For example, in an older home, if you have a torn screen or a crack in a ceramic floor tile, it is mentioned in the report but is not put on the summary page in need of repair. In the new construction, it is in the summary for repair because it is a new home and should not have torn screens or cracks in the floor or leaking faucets, etc., because it hasn’t been lived in yet.

Termite (WDI) Inspections
Generally, the first sign of infestation is the presence of swarming termites on the window or near indoor light. If they are found inside the house, it almost always means that they have infested. Other signs that may be found are termite wings on window sills or in cobwebs, and shelter tubes, which are tunnels constructed by the termites from soil or wood and debris. Usually, wood damage is not found at first, but when it is found, it definitely reveals a termite infestation. Anywhere wood touches soil is a possible entry into a home for termites.
